Message from the Chief Philanthropy Officer

Dear Friends,

In 2025, your support made a real difference for patients and families across Kettering Health. You helped turn compassion into action, and I’m grateful for every moment of care your generosity made possible.

Last year, we shared that Kettering Health Foundation and Greene Medical Foundation would be merging. Today, I’m proud to say we are fully united as one Kettering Health Foundation. Bringing our teams together has streamlined our processes, reduced expenses, and expanded our reach and ability to create meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

In 2025, our family of supporters provided more than $3 million in support of patients, caregivers, and programs throughout Kettering Health. Of that, over $1.1 million was distributed to meet immediate needs. These numbers represent lives touched, opportunities created, and a stronger, healthier future for our region.

This year, we celebrate 150 years of Charles Kettering. His belief in innovation and service continues to guide our mission, reminding us that progress comes from investing in ideas that last.

Just as Charles Kettering did, your investment placed innovative tools and resources into the hands of our caregivers. The ION robotic assisted bronchoscopy system, featured in our end of year appeal, has already helped identify 182 new lung cancers. That is more than five times what our legacy technology detected in all of 2023. Donor support also advanced clinical learning, strengthened cardiovascular training, and expanded educational tools for physicians through new simulation and ultrasound technology.

As you read through this Annual Report, I hope you see the impact you’ve made reflected in these stories and outcomes. Behind every number and every milestone is a person whose life is better because of your generosity.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for helping create a lasting legacy of care. With your support, we honor the past, serve the present, and build a healthier future.

With deep appreciation,
